Ross’ experience includes:

• Acting for an ASX-listed leading healthcare company providing day-to-day legal advice and outsourced legal counsel advisory services for all its commercial entities. This has included preparation and negotiation of various commercial contracts, preparation and negotiation of various leases, and best practice governance advice.
• Acting for an ASX-listed healthcare company on its acquisition of smaller providers.
• Advising a leading building and construction company on a corporate governance review and update of its internal governance, policies and structures involving commercial, corporate governance and strategic advice to the board and executive team.
• Advising a multinational transport and logistics company on range of customer and supplier agreements to ensure compliance with internal risk guidelines and broader regulations.
• Acting for the purchaser in its 50% share acquisition of a solar renewable energy business.
• Advising a range of start-up businesses on their seed, series A and series B capital raises.
• Acting for a gaming technology provider negotiating and preparing various service level agreements, app and website development agreements, intellectual property advice, and privacy and data protection advice.
• Advising founders of an innovative sporting product on obtaining third party investment via simple agreement for future equity (SAFE) arrangements to assist with national expansion.
