An Associate in our Property group, Ian Davies has extensive experience across a wide range of property law matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential real estate, due diligence, contract negotiations, commercial and retail leasing, complex property related issues and transfers.
Prior to joining Rigby Cooke Lawyers, Ian gained extensive experience acting for private clients, companies and national charities across a wide range of property law matters.
