Jo works with a diverse local and international client base advising on both general corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Rigby Cooke Lawyers, Jo worked at an international law firm and a specialised mining law firm where he advised US and Chinese investors, including many Fortune 500 companies, on their cross-border investments in the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Advising a Chinese entrepreneur in a share dispute worth HK$500 million in Hong Kong.
  • Advising an Australian TAFE institute on its corporate structure and business operation matters in China.
