Nicholas has extensive experience across a wide range of property law matters, including dispositions and acquisitions of real estate and businesses, due diligence, contract negotiations, commercial and retail leasing, complex property related issues and transfers.

Nicholas listens to his clients tempered by a commercial mindset which enables him to provide tailored legal advice and high-level solutions.

Nicholas is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese and uses his language skills to advise Mandarin-speaking clients on their property matters.
