Brighid’s practice focuses on providing guidance on statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, structuring, business and share sales and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. She also brings to the team a keen knowledge of Australian competition and consumer law, privacy and data protection, and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Rigby Cooke, Brighid worked at Kalus Kenny Intelex as a commercial law associate where she gained a wealth of experience working with both local and international clients across various industries.
