Having recently joined Rigby Cooke Lawyers, Mark brings extensive experience in commercial property and leasing, property development and commercial law. He regularly acts in matters involving listed corporations, multinational corporations, and incorporated associations. Additionally, his experience in corporate finance, advising on drafting and negotiating loan facility and security documents, complements his property practice.
