With over 17 years’ legal experience, Thalia’s practice focuses on complex deceased estate administration, contested probate matters, dispute resolution and estate litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. She has represented numerous high-net-worth clients, including executors and trustees, spouses, partners, and adult children, and adopts a strategic, pragmatic, and cost-effective approach to achieving successful outcomes and resolutions. Thalia is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and serves on the Law Institute of Victoria’s Elder Law Committee and Succession Law Committee.

Brighid Virtue, Senior Associate — Corporate & Commercial

Brighid provides guidance on statutory and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, structuring, business and share sales and acquisitions, as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. She also practices in Australian competition and consumer law, privacy and data protection, and intellectual property, and is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand.

Maddy is a passionate Workplace Relations lawyer who provides strategic legal advice to employers across a range of industries. She advises on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including staff conduct, employee entitlements, and the enforcement of post-employment obligations, and has a strong interest in supporting employers facing unfair dismissal and adverse action claims. Maddy is a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria.
