  • Exemplification, reseal and revocation applications.
  • Advising clients about Testators Family Maintenance claims.
  • Advising clients about challenges to Will validity on the basis of testamentary capacity, undue influence, knowledge and approval, and Will conformity requirements.
  • Equitable claims including estoppel.
  • Facilitating and negotiating settlements.
  • Preparing Deeds of Family Arrangement.
  • Dealing with trustees in bankruptcy.
  • Representations for and in relation to contested superannuation and death benefit claims on behalf of adult children, de facto partners, spouses and parents of deceased persons.
