Rigby Cooke Lawyers is delighted to announce the recent appointment of Julie Callea-Smyth, Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Insolvency & Reconstruction practices.
Julie brings over 30 years’ experience specialising in complex litigation and dispute resolution, and has acted for small-to-medium enterprises through to major corporate clients, leading banks and financiers, insolvency practitioners, accountants and property developers.
Julie has extensive experience in managing commercial/contractual disputes, fraudulent transactions, insolvency/bankruptcy proceedings, property and leasing disputes, and director’s duties. She also has extensive mediation experience, including as an Accredited Mediator, and is a Notary Public.
