Julie Callea-Smyth

Specialising in complex litigation and dispute resolution for over 30 years, Julie has acted for small-to-medium enterprises through to major corporate clients, leading banks and financiers, insolvency practitioners, accountants and property developers.

Julie has extensive experience in managing commercial/contractual disputes, fraudulent transactions, insolvency/bankruptcy proceedings, property and leasing disputes, and director’s duties. She also has extensive mediation experience, including as an Accredited Mediator.
