Viviane is an accomplished commercial and intellectual property lawyer with more than 17 years’ experience advising Australian and international clients across a diverse range of industries including FMCG, technology, education, pharmaceuticals, property, real estate and government. She delivers clear, commercially focussed advice on commercial, intellectual property, technology, consumer law, privacy and procurement matters.
Viviane is widely regarded for her expertise in brand strategy, protection and enforcement, advising clients on the development, management, commercialisation and defence of valuable intellectual property assets in Australia and internationally.
Known for her clear, strategic and pragmatic approach, Viviane delivers practical, solutions-driven advice that helps clients navigate complex regulatory and operational challenges, manage risk and achieve their strategic objectives.
Viviane regularly presents on Australian Consumer Law, intellectual property, artificial intelligence, privacy and marketing compliance, and contributes to legal publications on emerging legal and regulatory developments.
