Known for his strategic insight and practical approach, Steven’s expertise spans commercial, retail, industrial, residential and mixed-use property and includes advising on acquisitions and disposals, planning and subdivisions, development and construction, retail and commercial leasing, and owners corporation matters. He also has significant expertise in structured finance arrangements, joint ventures and syndication.
Commenting on Steven’s appointment, Bill Karvela, Managing Partner of Rigby Cooke Lawyers, said:
“We are very pleased to welcome Steven as Lead Partner of our Property group. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm.
“Steven’s expertise will further strengthen our property offering, building on our long-standing history in property law and enabling us to meet the growing demand for our services from both commercial and private clients.”
