Tom Hoerner, Special Counsel — Litigation & Dispute Resolution
With over 20 years of experience, Tom has a depth of knowledge and skills that encompasses a broad spectrum of areas, including contractual disputes, financial services litigation, regulatory investigations and general commercial litigation.
Tom’s practice involves working on commercially significant and complex matters that require in-depth analysis. He is dedicated to delivering optimal outcomes for his clients, employing a meticulous ‘no stone unturned’ approach. With a working style that is both engaged and personable, Tom fosters strong connections with his clients, who greatly value his commitment and commerciality.
James Anglicas, Associate — Litigation & Dispute Resolution
James’ practice includes advising on a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation, with a particular focus on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, competition law, professional negligence claims, as well as construction-related disputes. He is an experienced litigator and has appeared in contested matters before the Full Federal Court of Australia, the Victorian Supreme Court (both the trial and appeal divisions), as well as other inferior courts.
James provides clients with in-depth advice and guides them through the dispute resolution process to achieve successful commercial outcomes.
Biljana Stankovski, Associate — Property
Biljana has knowledge and experience in a broad range of property law areas, including property developments, sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leasing, and advising clients in property related matters. She has acted for clients including hotel owners, property investment managers, national developers, universities, State government departments and private investors.
Biljana enjoys working with clients to achieve the most commercial and practical outcome for their business objectives.
