We congratulate our client, Alfasi Property Group, on the announcement of their new hotel development at 2-10 River Street, South Yarra.
Rigby Cooke represented Alfasi during the negotiations of a management agreement with prestige brand Hyatt Centric.
The 4.5 star hotel, designed by architect Carr Design, is currently in planning assessment stage, and is expected to hold 150-rooms plus, ground-floor restaurants and bars.
