We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Associate or an Associate ready for progression. This role offers an outstanding platform for growth and career progression. You will be reporting to Property Practice Lead, Steven Apostolou. Competitive salary + sign-on bonus for the right candidate.

Expertise and experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ PAE.
  • Experience and interest in sales and purchases of residential and commercial real estate, including off-the-plan developments, leasing documentation for landlord and/or tenant.
  • Knowledge of all property related legislation
  • Demonstrates consistent technical excellence and the ability to identify key legal and commercial issues.
  • Ability to run matters with minimal supervision.
  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships. Anticipates client needs and delivers high quality client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates strong financial acumen and business development capability, achieving budget.
