The position
We have a rare opportunity for a fourth or fifth-year Corporate and Commercial Lawyer to join our entrepreneurial Corporate & Commercial practice group.
We seek someone who is motivated and ready to be committed to providing a ‘client delighting’ experience whilst working with key internal and external stakeholders.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Engaging with clients on challenging legal and business issues.
- Representing clients in legal proceedings.
- Negotiating contract terms and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Examining and advising on business mergers & acquisitions.
- Drafting advice and contracts.
- Providing legal support to clients when dealing with business transactions.
- Working on commercial contracts.
- Commercial advisory and regulatory advice.
Candidates who may possess experience in intellectual property, privacy and data protection are also encouraged to apply.
Experience, skills and qualities required
We welcome applications from lawyers who have the following experience, skills and qualities:
- four – five years experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer.
- Hold a valid practising certificate.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong research and legal drafting skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
