Professional biography:
Marcus has extensive experience and expertise in commercial property in the UK and Australia. He has acted for a range of clients, including developers and investors, listed and unlisted funds, government departments and others from a range of industry sectors. Marcus provides legal and commercial advice in relation to all aspects of property acquisition and disposal, development, ownership structures, due diligence, financing, leasing and asset management.
Marcus has particular expertise in syndicated acquisitions, government joint ventures, subdivisions, off the plan sales and leasing.
