Professional biography:
Dan is a partner in our Property team. He has over 18 years experience in all aspects of property law including:
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Acting for statutory authorities such as Country Fire Authority and the Alpine Resort Management Boards in all aspects of leasing, licensing, acquisitions and dispositions
- Acting for private and public companies in commercial and retail leasing
- Acting for private and corporate developers in commercial, retail and residential development
Significant experience:
- Advising the Management Boards of major Victorian alpine resorts in all aspects of the conduct, development and operation of the resorts
- Representing major stakeholders in development, operation and sale of interests over Crown land
- Establishing leasing and sub-leasing structures and documentation for alpine resorts
- Negotiating and settling sales of acreage by way of put and call option agreements
- Negotiating and settling major developments on freehold and Crown land
