Professional biography:
Brad is a partner in the Commercial Litigation group of the firm.
Prior to commencing with Rigby Cooke, he was a barrister at the Victorian Bar appearing in the Federal, Supreme, County and Magistrates Courts in a wide range of matters, including contractual disputes, applications under the Corporations Act and misleading and deceptive conduct claims under the Trade Practices Act.
Brad is a nationally accredited mediator and prior to going to the Bar, he was a partner at two major Melbourne city law firms.
Brad has lectured in relation to contract and trade practices matters and is a regular presenter on the Television Education Network.
