Our key areas of expertise include:
- assisting accountants in ATO requests including advice on confidential or privileged documents
- conducting audit management and negotiations with the ATO on behalf of clients
- responding to ATO requests and demands including documents, information and access
- representing taxpayers in ATO interviews
- advising on formal and informal administrative review mechanisms in the ATO including FOI
- submissions and complaints to the Inspector-General of Taxation and the Taxation Ombudsman
- litigating in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and Federal Court in relation to income tax assessments, FBT, GST, penalties and tax administration
